Blueberry Iced Latte with Vietnamese Coffee

Developed by our Recipe Partner @coffeebae97, this fruity drink is the perfect treat. The blueberry purée reminds us of boba!

BLUEBERRY ICED LATTE WITH VIETNAMESE COFFEE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2-4 oz Vietnamese coffee (Truegrit highly recommended)
  • 2-4 oz milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine blueberries, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a pot.
  2. Stir & heat on stove until jam-like consistency.
  3. Brew phin coffee.
  4. Add blueberry purée and ice.
  5. Add milk of choice.
  6. Add coffee and mix!

Adjust any of of these ratios (more purée, more milk, more coffee, etc.) to meet your personal preferences!
