Lychee Coconut Espresso

A refreshing twist on your daily coffee! We're bringing together the tropical flavors of Vietnam to create this sweet and bold Lychee Coconut Espresso.

The base of this drink is a combination of coconut water, which adds a natural sweetness and lightness, and rich espresso made from Vietnamese coffee beans. These two elements create a perfectly balanced profile. To top it all off, the lychee adds a final burst of floral and juicy flavor that ties the whole drink together.

This simple recipe is perfect for those who enjoy a light and bright coffee experience. If you prefer a more or less sweet drink, you could simply adjust the amount of lychee. Cheers!

What you'll need

  • 1 can of lychees in sweetened syrup
  • 1 pump of simple syrup or half tablespoon of sugar
  • 8 oz of Coconut Water
  • Double shot of Vietnamese espresso or 4 oz of our canned coffee cold brew (black)
  • Ice

Add 3 tablespoons of lychee syrup (from the can) to your glass

Add 1 pump of simple syrup or half tablespoon of sugar to the glass

Add 8 oz of Coconut Water to the glass. Mix together.

Fill glass with ice

Top with double espresso or cold brew coffee

Top with 2 lychees (from the can)
