Level up your hot chocolate with this Mexican chocolate coffee. Call it what you want: a Mexican mocha, Mexican hot chocolate coffee, or Mexican Chocolate Coffee– one thing's for sure, it's delicious. Using real Mexican chocolate, this drink combines the bittersweet flavors of chocolate with the bold strength of Vietnamese coffee brewed using a phin filter for crazy flavor. Froth with a molincillo if you're trying to keep it really traditional!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2-4 oz Vietnamese coffee (Truegrit highly recommended)
- 2 tbsp Mexican chocolate
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 6 oz milk
- Ice
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Brew phin coffee.
- Combine coffee, chocolate, brown sugar, cinnamon, and mix.
- Add ice.
- Add milk and enjoy!
