The ultimate espresso martini remix! We're taking the best of both worlds from our Cà Phê Espresso Martini and Ube Sweetened Condensed Milk recipes and pairing them together to make this delicious Ube Espresso Martini.
The ube sweetened condensed milk brings a subtle nutty, vanilla-like quality that adds a new layer of flavor to our classic espresso martini. And of course, the color from the ube extract helps turn our coffee cocktail into a vibrant, fun, deep purple.
For this recipe, we're using cold brew as our coffee choice, however feel free to swap for regular coffee or espresso if that's what you have on hand. You can also adjust the amount of condensed milk you add to tailor it to your preferred sweetness level. Cheers!

- ¼ - ½ oz ube sweetened condensed milk
