You know salted caramel, but do you know sea salt coffee? Here at Nguyen Coffee Supply, we love experimenting with new flavor combinations and have created the perfect recipe for when you can't decide between salty or sweet.
Inspired by classic cocktails, our shakerato packs a punch and takes espresso to the next level.
- 2 oz strong Vietnamese coffee
- 1.5 tablespoons of condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Up to 1/8 teaspoon of coarse sea salt
- Combine condensed milk, brewed coffee, and milk in cocktail shaker.
- Add 1/8 teaspoon of coast sea salt.
- Add ice to shaker cup.
- Place other half of cocktail shaker on top. Hit the top to lock.
- Shake it like you mean it.
- Add ice to serving glass of choice.
- Unlock shaker and pour shakerato into glass through a filter.
- Garnish with pinch flaky sea salt (optional).
- Serve immediately.
