A few years ago, I went out to a restaurant that served Vietnamese coffee, and it made such an impression on me, it was so good. I don't know why I waited so long to buy a phone filter, but I don't regret it! I've used it quite a few times already, and I've enjoyed every cup! ☺️
Phin Drip Coffee Set
Stainless steel Phin Coffee is the best way to brew coffee w/o using paper filters & no plastic:)
It was designed well but the instructions on the website say to grind fine, like sand. I must’ve tried brewed 5 different times with 5 different grind sizes before looking elsewhere online to troubleshoot. Anywhere else I’ve looked has said to grind more coarsely, similar to a french press. I think the instructions need to be reviewed so as to not create such a frustrating experience for those trying to use a phin for the first time. Otherwise the brewing experience was good.
