Nguyen Coffee Supply

12 oz Phin Filter

Our 12 oz Phin Filter fits on most mugs and can make 1-3 servings of highly caffeinated brew.

We recommend a 1:2 ratio of coffee to water. So start with 6 tablespoons of coffee, then you can add or decrease your coffee depending on how strong you like it. Super versatile!

With the 12oz Phin, we highly recommend doing a second pour of hot water since some of the water always gets absorbed by the coffee.

This Vietnamese brew tool is perfect for your daily grind.

  • No paper filter - it's sustainable!
  • Stainless steel
  • 12 oz chamber with 4.375 inch plate diameter
  • Great for traveling
  • Perfect brew in 6-7 minutes

Buy one for the price of 4 lattes and use it everyday. It's a game changer. You'll thank us later.

Love it!!

So thankful I heard about the Phin. This makes the best and easiest perfect cup of coffee everytime! Also purchased the 24oz Phin to make iced coffee. Excellent products!

I am still working on my patients. I pour about 2/3 Tbsp of hot water in to bloom the grinds and com back about 4 min later and pour the rest of the hot water in. I get a great tasting cup of coffee but I see that the inside screen of the filter has turned sideways and is half buried and all of the coffee is not fully extracted.
I know I'm just having a problem with patients. I love the Loyalty blend. It's great.

Works great!

I’ve always used a Chemex (still do) but love my Phin Filter too especially when I’m in a hurry. It’s faster than the Chemex. I often use it to make an iced coffee for later.
