12 oz Phin Filter

Our 12 oz Phin Filter fits on most mugs and can make 1-3 servings of highly caffeinated brew.

We recommend a 1:2 ratio of coffee to water. So start with 6 tablespoons of coffee, then you can add or decrease your coffee depending on how strong you like it. Super versatile!

With the 12oz Phin, we highly recommend doing a second pour of hot water since some of the water always gets absorbed by the coffee.

This Vietnamese brew tool is perfect for your daily grind.

  • No paper filter - it's sustainable!
  • Stainless steel
  • 12 oz chamber with 4.375 inch plate diameter
  • Great for traveling
  • Perfect brew in 6-7 minutes

Buy one for the price of 4 lattes and use it everyday. It's a game changer. You'll thank us later.

Great way to make a grate mug of coffee

Works well, good materials one piece of advice add something (silicone) to the lit handle, as it gets really hot during steeping.

Great coffee filter

I love this filter. I've used different stainless steel filters in the past that were made of a mesh that eventually built up oil and made itself ineffective over time. The design of this filter involves a series of perforations in several individual parts, large enough holes that will prevent build up/clogging, but small enough to not allow any grounds through. I can see this filter system lasting as long as I take good care of it. An excellent investment for any coffee connoisseur.

Quality product

Phin filter arrived in a timely manner and is great. Already brewed myself some Vietnamese coffee every day since I've gotten it.

Good quality product

I purchased the 12 oz and 4oz phins and the true grit coffee. The quality of the product is great and the coffee is delicious. I want to try them all now. I love the 12oz phin for home and the 4oz one for backpacking. The 4oz one fits perfectly inside my light weight pot set, so it doesn’t take extra space in my pack and hardly adds any weight. Now I can have good quality fresh brewed coffee instead of instant

Decent pour over coffee maker.

I've used this for a few weeks now and I like it. It's made well, works well and the price was decent. Nothing overly exceptional but overall good!
