Excellent! Strong flavor with no bitterness...

A surprising discovery

Hanoi 100% robusta is my favorite of the Nguyen Coffee Supply beans. I tried True Grit and LE Moka, and they came a distant 2nd. I am one of those weirdos that loves something, and that is the only one I will be into for a looooong time. I pray this bean stays around just as looooong.

I have also tried the canned coffees. The plain and coconut milk ones are tasty.

My first 100% robusta outside of instant coffee, taste is very unique of herbal, nutty sort of peach pit, exhaling even more unusually herbal, even botanical notes, nearing anise, despite overall having a deep roast. It's unreal that it can hold these complex properties while being so roasty. It's even got a hint of that pistachio in those Italian tricolor cakes.
