The Hanoi Robusta from Nguyen Coffee Supply, when made right, is delicious! The flavor is rich and deep with many layers. Next comes the grinding method. I recently purchased a hand-held burr grinder and only grind enough for my morning coffee. I no longer grind a few day's worth in an electric grinder and have found freshly ground coffee makes a big difference. The third element for making great coffee is the brewing method. I use an Aero Press which makes any coffee taste better. This entire process takes more time than a more traditional approach but the final cup is worth it!
