What qualifies as a wholesale referral?

You can refer any cafe, restaurant, grocery store, boutique, or other business that would either sell our coffee bags as retail and/or serve our coffee in their physical space!

What if I don't own a business, but I know of a business that would be a great partner for Nguyen Coffee Supply?

The Wholesale Referral Program is for all Nguyen Coffee Supply customers, not just business owners that are part of our wholesale program. Fill out the referral form anytime to participate and earn rewards once they’ve made $1000 in purchases.

The business I want to refer is already on Faire, can I still refer them to Nguyen Coffee Supply?

Absolutely. Not all Faire users shop at Nguyen Coffee Supply. Refer the business and if they’re accepted, you’ll receive a $150 gift card once they make purchases equivalent to $1000.

Do I have to share my personal contact information to participate?

Just your email. We’ll use your email to notify you when your referral signs up and make sure you receive your reward.

Are customers in all countries eligible to refer and earn rewards?

You can refer and earn rewards for any businesses that you refer that currently do business in the United States.  The referrer can live anywhere, however please check our website to learn where we currently ship to. We will not ship outside of these countries. 

How will I know when I’ve received my referral reward?

We’ll email you with your reward once your referee makes $1000 in purchases! Note: not all referees will be approved for wholesale; we have a selective program and not all businesses will qualify to become wholesale partners.

Do discounts or rewards stack if I refer multiple businesses to Nguyen Coffee Supply?

No, incentives do not stack and can only be applied once per order. 

Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?

No! The more, the merrier– earn as many rewards as you’d like.
