Thankful!

I spent some time in Vietnam and hope to go back. One of the things I fell in love with was the coffee. Grateful that Nguyen is available. It shipped fast. When I took my first sip I was instantly was reminded of Vietnam. Soooo Good.

Over a week and still nothing…

It’s been 8 days and nothing has shipped…I have requested a refund since the coffee won’t really be fresh and I’m not going to wait god knows how much longer for that gimmicky phin filter and bag of coffee.
Do t waste your time, Rainforest coffee is much better quality and shops to you within 3-5 business days.
So far all I’ve heard from customer service is “we hope you receive your order soon”

Sadly!! Order mixup!

I love your coffee as can be seen in my consistent orders! My most recent order though should have been for ground coffee and I received whole beans! I had hoped to simply return and exchange but it appears company policy prevents that easy fix! I am hoping for a positive resolution as a loyal customer as if not this will be my final order …
