24 oz Phin Filter

Our 24 oz Phin Filter is perfect for batch brewing, brunch parties, and sharing with friends and family! Makes 6-12 servings of strong coffee.

We recommend a 1:2 ratio of coffee to water. So start with 12 tablespoons of coffee, then you can add or decrease your coffee depending on how strong you like it. Super versatile!

With the 24 oz Phin, we highly recommend doing a second pour of hot water since some of the water always gets absorbed by the coffee.

This Vietnamese brew tool is perfect for your daily grind.

  • No paper filter - it's sustainable!
  • Stainless steel
  • 24 oz chamber with 6 inch plate diameter
  • Great for traveling
  • Perfect phin drip coffee in 6-7 minutes

Buy one for the price of 5 lattes and use it everyday. It's a game changer. You'll thank us later.

Return

May seem weird to comment saying I give 5 stars for a return but it was not because the product was bad it just wasn’t what I thought (on me) and therefore returning it. They have been very communicative (somehow my email with return address disappeared so it’s been a little back and forth) and Eden has been great. I am going to look and see if I can find the filter for exactly what I need because they are made very well.

Absolutely game-changing.

I've always loved strong, bold coffee, but find myself struggling to recreate the cups I enjoy at cafes when I brew at home. Even with excellent roasts like True Grit, I don't have a good handle on the water-to-coffee ratio, grind size, or extraction time.

In my experience thus far, the Phin Filter has allowed me to make extremely delicious strong coffee very consistently. In dozens of brews thus far I have not had one subpar cup, and cleanup is always extremely easy. This process is extremely simple with very little potential error along the way.

I've bought a french press, Moka pot, Chemex, espresso maker, Keurig, And even a nitro cold brew maker, but ever since purchasing I still resort to this phin filter any time I make coffee at home. You will not be disappointed.
