Today, we launch our campaign "Make Mornings Better" promoting 10 steps to fortify your daily life. 

1. Plan Ahead  

Take a moment the night before to map out your main “to-do’s” in a notebook or a calendar app. Spend your best energy executing.

2. Commit to the Day  

And more importantly, commit to yourself. Don’t let the snooze button control your energy. You control your energy.

3. Set Your Intentions  

The mind is a powerful thing. Align your hustle with your heart by getting clear on your “why.”

4. Let There Be Light  

Brightness signals the body to awaken. Pull the curtains back for natural sunlight or hit the switch for the electric.

5. Stretch  

It’s a simple effort to activate energy flow. Set your timer for 15 minutes and stretch your body while taking deep, long breaths.

6. Hydrate

Drink a cup of water. After 7-8 hours of sleep, your body needs it!

7. Practice Gratitude

Make a list of 10 (or more) things you are grateful for. It’s okay to repeat. The goal is to get into a positive mindset of abundance.

8. Power Pose

Stand in a position that makes you feel like a superhero or the badass you are. Head high. Hold for 60 seconds and breathe.

9. Affirm Yourself

Look in the mirror and speak positive “I am...” statements. Repeat until you believe it. Aligning intentions + words = powerful actions.

10. Make Coffee Ritual

Daily rituals like making coffee help us feel grounded. Comfort in the uncertainty. Plus, coffee gives us energy to power on. Let’s go!
